Sometimes we need a little extra TLC for our skeletal system—specifically for our spine and hips. LADIES--Did you know we tend to hold stress and tension in our hips? Try these simple movements out. They are gentle enough to try in the middle of your day (low to no sweating) or as a way to kick start or close out your day. Enjoy!
