HEALTHY FUEL ON THE GO: Are you always on the go, but want to have healthy snacks ready when you need them? These POWER BITES are chock-full of protein, healthy carbs, high-fiber, all natural ingredients, anti-inflammatory ingredients AND NO ADDED SUGAR!

STEP 1: Stir ingredients together in a large bowl
1 cup uncooked oats
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs quinoa
1 cup of dried cherries or fruit of your choice
1 cup mixed nuts (optional)
2/3 cup shredded coconut
1/2 to 1 cup peanut butter or almond butter
Add sea salt to taste
Add honey to taste
STEP 2: Roll mixture by hand into small rounds and place on a plate
That's it! They're ready to eat!
