Kid-Recipe: Strawberry Cheesecake Bites

Chef Brooke shows us a better way to make a holiday cheesecake snack, with smaller portions and no crust. Kid will love this tasty, treat that's fun to make and to share with friends.

READY TO MAKE THESE? HERE'S THE RECIPE!


Ingredients:

2 oz.Cream Cheese

2 tbsp Honey (to taste)

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Strawberries

Mini Chocolate Chips


CHEESECAKE FILLING

Combine Cream Cheese, Organic Honey and Vanilla Extract. Mix until smooth and well-blended.


BUILD YOUR BITES

Cut strawberries in two pieces. Slicing the stem off and a small tip of the strawberry (to make the hat)

Fill an icing bag with cheesecake filling.

Place the larger piece of strawberry flat and top with a good amount of cheesecake filling.

Place the smaller piece of strawberry on top of the filling.

Decorate the strawberries by adding dots of filling to make buttons and the top of the hat.

Place 2 mini chocolate chips on the large part of the cheesecake filling to create the eyes.


REFRIGERATE FOR 15 MINUTES
