Wall Workout for Stress Release

A 10 Minute Wall Workout with Author and Mrs. Texas 2012 Lacey Pruett.


An alternative for your workout, is using the support of a wall or other structure for grounding. This is an excellent series on an anxious, overwhelmed or otherwise, difficult day. Sometimes knowing you are supported, allows you to challenge yourself in other areas of a pose, movement, or in life. Give it a try... oh, and the final "feet-up-the-wall" pose, should be done daily, to decompress from a long day, give your feet a gravity break, and even out your circulatory system--which boosts heart health. Pause the video at any time and stay longer in any of the poses. Have fun!
