15 Minute Power Yoga with a Kick

Welcome Yogis! Here is a nice pairing of yoga flow, haha yoga, and barre work to get an overall, strength-inspired workout for you. I pair a 15 minute power yoga flow with about 3 minutes of strength work, using barre-inspired holds. Extra focus here on awareness, gratitude and breath work. (Excellent scenery too, from the Riviera Maya, Mexico!) Enjoy!
