Turmeric-Pineapple-Coconut Smoothie Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh frozen pineapple

  • 3/4 cup coconut milk beverage

  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil

Directions: Combine frozen pineapple, coconut milk, turmeric and coconut oil in a blender; blend until smooth.
